Privacy Policy

Extraction 3D respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
01What data we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address, name, and the password you choose (stored as a secure hash by Firebase Authentication). When you place an order or fill your profile we store the shipping details you enter (name, phone, address, city). When you submit a custom build request we store the reference images you upload and the text description you provide.
02How we use your data
We use your email to send order and request notifications, and (only if you opted in) occasional product updates. We use your shipping details to fulfil deliveries. We use reference images exclusively to produce the 3D model you requested — they are not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
03Data storage
User data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), governed by Google's data-processing terms. Images and 3D model files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage with appropriate security safeguards.
04Email
Transactional emails (order confirmations, draft previews, status updates) are sent via Resend. We do not send marketing emails without your consent. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of the message.
05Cookies and tracking
Extraction 3D does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Firebase Authentication uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not run Google Analytics or similar services.
06Your rights
You may request a copy of your personal data, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing us. Deletion removes your account and associated data within 30 days. Some data (e.g. completed order records) may be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
07Data retention
Active account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, personal data is erased within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate data (order totals, model categories) may be retained indefinitely for business analysis.
