01About Extraction 3D
Extraction 3D is a 3D model marketplace and custom-modeling service based in Skopje, North Macedonia. We sell STL files for self-printing and offer physical printed models delivered within Skopje. We also accept custom orders: you supply reference images and a description; we produce a 3D model and, if requested, a physical print.
02Orders and payment
All orders are subject to cash-on-delivery payment. You pay at the time of delivery — no online payment is collected. Prices are listed in Macedonian Denar (MKD). We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.
03Custom build process
When you submit a custom request, you grant Extraction 3D a non-exclusive licence to use your reference images solely for the purpose of producing your model. You represent that you have the right to share those images. We will send a draft preview within 24–48 hours and iterate until you approve or cancel.
04Intellectual property
STL files purchased from the marketplace may be used for personal printing only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of the files is not permitted without written consent. Extraction 3D retains copyright over models we create for custom orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
05Delivery
Delivery is available within Skopje via cargo courier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Extraction 3D is not liable for delays caused by the courier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
06Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a custom order before the draft is approved. Once a draft is approved and production starts, cancellations are not accepted. For marketplace products, if a physical print is defective or the wrong item is delivered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.
07Limitation of liability
Extraction 3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.
